Lisa Pagliaroli talked me through reconnecting to my Wi-Fi, and emailed me a guide to do so. She is a superstar with Carolina Alarm, and I thank her for her great customer services skills, knowledge and caring attitude...which is kind of rare these days.

Great company with an awesome staff. They went above and beyond to help our company with our fire alarm and access control needs. 5 stars

Thank you for the immediate response and help on May 31 when my microwave caught on fire. The Winston Salem Fire Department came fast thanks to you and the man I talked to at Security Central was professional. I chose you because you’re local and I can talk to real people but the smoke detector alarm which I’m sure could be heard by neighbors gave me time to get a senior dog to safety outside and get out of a smoke filled house in time.

I called around to a few different security companies and I could tell right away after talking with Dave that they would be the right team for the job. Some of our cameras were over 300 feet apart at our business. They had no problem figuring out how to set our new system up with all the cameras. Matt and the crew did a great job installing and very professional. I will always use Carolina Alarm from now on.

We were exceptionally pleased with our install. Curt and Matt are very knowledgeable, professional and very willing to answer questions. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had all of the information we needed as well as the right products. All of the people we have worked with there have been super. They have a great team and I highly recommend them!
